About this project

A restaurant runs on small decisions made quickly: which table ordered what, what the kitchen still owes, what ran out tonight, and what the day actually earned. This system keeps all of it in one place, so nobody has to hold it in their head.

Taking orders

A waiter opens a table, taps through the menu, and sends the order. Every table shows its own state at a glance — seated, ordered, served, or waiting to pay — so anyone on shift can pick up where someone else left off.

The kitchen screen

Orders reach the kitchen the moment they are sent, in the order they arrived. The kitchen marks each item as it goes out, and the floor sees it straight away instead of walking over to ask.

Menu and prices

The menu, its categories, prices, and daily specials are edited from the manager's screen. An item can be switched off when it runs out and switched back on the next morning.

The day's numbers

Every closed bill feeds the daily report: total sales, best-selling items, busiest hours, and a breakdown per waiter. The owner opens one page at closing time.

Staff accounts

Each waiter, cook, and manager signs in with their own account, and what they can see and change follows their role. Bills stay tied to the person who opened them.
